ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS
Ensuring our garments fit flawlessly is utmost important to us. We're pleased to offer alteration services for all our products. The fee for alterations is adaptable and will be shared upon request. For all inquiries relating to this matter, please contact on jaspreetkaur.jkay@gmail.com
Repairs are approved on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs mending/repairs, please forward your inquiry to jaspreetkaur.jkay@gmail.com
Returns/Exchange

NOTE: All sale items are Non-Refundable and returnable for exchange only.
We accept returns within 3 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
We do not supply a return label. Customers can return via their carrier of choice.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees, if shipping internationally.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Items purchased full-price or full-price with a promotional code or credit are eligible for a full refund.

Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Pre-orders, custom-made items, or fragrances are final sale.

Returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval.

Hats and socks are final sale.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees, if shipping from outside of the India.

We do not refund or exchange, and all store credits are eligible for a period of 5 years from the date of approval of such a request.

A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future.
Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then kindly contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jaspreetkaur.jkay@gmail.com and we will promptly look into this for you.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Only items that are in standard sizes, are eligible for returns. Unfortunately all customized items are considered as final sale.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately all sale items are considered as final sale.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.

CANCELLATIONS
All items are eligible for cancellation for upto 6 hours from the time of order confirmation. Post that time, we won't be able to offer any refund.
